Personalisation

How do I personalise my order?

Simply find the product you love, fill in the personalisation details on the product page (such as a name, date, message, or photo), and add it to your cart. We'll create your gift exactly as you've entered it.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.

What if I made a mistake in my personalisation?

If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@dreamlandgiftstudio.com. If production has not yet started, we may be able to help. Once production has begun, we are unable to make changes.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because every product is custom-made to order, there is a production period before your item is shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalised specifically for you, we do not accept returns. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@dreamlandgiftstudio.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
